In the rare event that a show must be canceled—due to facility closure, the closure of Highway 52 or Interstate 90 between Rochester and Winona, or the artists being unable to arrive or perform—patrons will be notified via email, social media, and our website.
If a show is canceled, we will make every effort to reschedule. Tickets for canceled shows will be honored for rescheduled dates or alternate performances.Note: For information on refund and exchange policies for our resident theater company, Wits' End Theatre, please visit their website or email them at witsendtheatreboxoffice@gmail.com.
